Добрый день.
Подтолкните в нужную сторону.
Первоначально выпал в ошибку 03800500-2F30. Поставили новую голову результата не дало. На просторах интернета нашли информацию о head management sensor unit. Заменили Canon QM4-3246-000000 | QM4-2767-000000 | QM3-5956-000000 Original ДАТЧИК ПРОВЕРКИ сопел. При очистке головки когда идет проверка сопел выпадает в ошибку 03800500-2F30. Из сервисного режима проверку дюз печатает.

В сервисе пробовали отключать HEAD DOT INF (включение/выключение обнаружения неисправностей сопел) результата ноль.

сервис мануал читать бесполезно, там нет нужной инфы. По факту, замкнуло бошку, сгорела плата. Проверить легко, берем мультиметр, звоним предохранители на плате, если один из них дохлый, а он там дохлый, то плату и бошку в утиль, можно считать что и весь аппарат, новый дешевле будет. В следующий раз будут думать как совместимку лить.

Canon ipf605 аппаратная ошибка 03800500-2F30
Выдает ошибку только при прочистке

Добрый день, перечитала весь форум, но похожей проблемы не нашла. Принтер во время печати стал мазать полосами и вскоре просто перестал печатать — идут слабые частые горизонтальные полоски. При прочистке выдает ошибку 2F30 (стопорится на проверке сопел), просит выключить и включить снова, но это ничего не меняет. Включаю — онлайн, ошибок до новых прочисток не выдает, печатает либо полоски — при задании на печать, или пустые тесты… Аппарату 3 года, месяца четыре как перешла на неоригинальные картриджи от многочернил. Печатаю немного, но регулярно, метров 1000 в год, только чертежи, всеми цветами. Это третий комплект чернил. Бумага обычная 80г. рулонная. В журнале ошибок наличествует помимо вышеуказанной еще03863000-2820, если это памперс, то он уже благополучно сброшен.
Реальную помощь (с результатом) готова оплатить. Голову менять нет смысла, новый столько же стоит.

Есть подозрение, что Вы приобрели этот плоттер уже б/у, либо он уже был в сервисе. Данная ошибка выскакивает процессе проверки сопел, по той причине, что плоттер пытается посмотреть степень износа головы, а ему нечем (либо сенсорный датчик не работает, либо заклеен в сервисном центре). Прошивка на Вашем плоттере 1.01 — 1.06 (можете посмотреть при включении), на прошивке 1.07 и новее Ваш плоттер бы вам работать не дал. Если Вы проработали 3 года на этой голове, вам сейчас завидуют все обладатели широкоформатных Canon-ов. Голова уже реально поступательно в процессе эксплуатации выносилась, восстановить ее уже не получится. Если приобретете новый аппарат, а там более новая прошивка, она будет блокировать печатающую голову приблизительно через 6-7 месяцев работы, если не верите — почитайте темы о заблокированных головах на плоттерах Canon и о понижении прошивки и заклейки датчиков, у вас это все есть. Поэтому: покупайте новую голову и спокойно вырабатывайте ее до полного износа. Берегите этот аппарат и самое главное: ни в коем случае не пытайтесь обновить прошивку принтера с официального сайта Canon.

Проблема 100% в ПГ.
сделайте тест дюзов в сервисе
FUNCTION -> NOZZLE CHK ->
а потом
FUNCTION -> NOZZLE INF ->
если есть дюзы с NG то голова труп. если все ОК то можно попробовать погонять на промывке в режиме чистки В
и попутно промойте парковку

Canon iPF-710 error 03800500-2F30
hey everyone! hope everyone is keeping their heads above water during these tough times — stay strong!!
i have the service manual for this machine, but was hoping perhaps someone who has seen this machine/fault before could provide a few pointers on best approach so as i don’t end up wasting the clients time/money
as i understand it, the head management sensor is not seeing ink discharge which could be caused by multiple issues — dirty or dead sensor, bad print head, bad carriage ribbon cable, bad main board
any suggestions or pointers are very much welcomed and appreciated!

I know you are hoping for the sensor…. but 99 % of cases it is the head.
However get to SM and print a nozzle check. If you see a regular miss (like a block of color) than it is board + head
If you see irregular color missing — it is only the head

if an entire block is missing, replace both the head and the board? that’s not going to be cheap! what could possibly be damaged by the head? a resistor bank on the board?

Were I to speculate I’d say the printhead took out the carriage PWB.
If you’d like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you’ve read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you’re going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you’re going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If an entire block is missing — I would not invest in a 710 anymore
Go for the latest TM series.

I would suggest checking the purge unit aswell. Have a look at the white absorber pads, if they are all gunky then that could be taking out the PH.

question ….. What dose an unrecoverable imagerunner (eg. c5235a, c6xxx etc) machine look like? could you send me a picture, what are the symptoms of an unrecoverable machine.? and can you just purchase a comple used set of pcbs willl that recover it?

so, i attended the machine, performed nozzle test, next to nothing printed — performed head replacement and cleaned up head, refit , machine spent half an hour refilling ink and nozzle checking repeatedly until the error returned. Reboot and & nozzle test totally blank
opened the machine up and noticed there was no ink in any of the supply tubes, in fact some yellow ink was going in the wrong direction — i assume a vacuum was created by a blockage in the ink supply someplace, valve assembly perhaps?
client informed me head and board were replaced last year, but the machine had been switched off for 3 months
didn’t have time to strip the machine, remove & clean ink supply tubes, valves etc — but if you have any further pointers or suggestions before i return please feel free to share

Sounds like it needs a new purge unit
