Ошибка ПГ

Добрый день.
После промывки ПГ на Canon IPF605 м/мускулом эффекта не получил.(наверное плохо чистил?)
Ошибка — 03800500-2827
В сервисмоде тест дюз проходит нормально (фотку выложу позже — админ всё блокирует).
Так же при входе в сервисный режим для очистки «памперса» постоянно сигнализирует Message.(не могу никак сбросить).

Вопрос спецам:
1 Если в сервисмоде тест дюз проходит — что посоветуете — мыть ещё раз или новую ПГ(ей год или около)
2 Как избавиться от моргающего Message в сервисном режиме?
3 Может ли такое сообщение сигнализировать на малый уровень чернил Y и M?

ПГ заменить надо. На черном проблема с дешифратором(верхний левый прямоугольник). Это лечится только заменой ПГ.

Цветные мелки — широкоформатная печать из нашего детства.

ПГ — это расходный материал в сем аппарате.
В принципе, я считал — он может принести хорошую прибыль, учитывая его сумасшедшую скорость и ресурс одной ПГ. Эта прибыль значительно превышает стоимость ПГ (15 000).

При определённом объёме прибыль значительно превышает стоимость всего плоттера. Но если он по большей части простаивает, то головка выходит дополнительным расходом.

Don, ну да.) Я не стал уточнять, т.к. не люблю делится бизнес-идеями, которые мне самому интересны) Действительно, эта хреновина за счёт своей скорости способна принести денег больше, чем какой-нибудь EPSON и HP с надёжной головой, но в 5-10 раз медленнее и при этом дороже.

А вот это уже интересный момент. Насколько я знаю, у этой ПГ определённый «запас прочности» в кв.м., то бишь ресурс, который она способна выработать при хорошем раскладе. Печати мало — значит и ресурс не расходуется, а значит и дешифратор не выгорит.
Или есть срок жизни ПГ во времени с начала эксплуатации?

Добрый день!После промывки и установки печатающей головки на плоттер Canon ipf610. Выдает «Аппаратная ошибка» 03130013-2F1F Выключите,включите через определённое время. При повторном включении тоже самое! ставлю вторую ПГ тоже самое! До промыки 1ая ПГ выдавала «Аппаратная ошибка 03800500-2F2F» и можно было через onlain печатать. Дополнительно сообщаю плоттер 2009года выпуска.Version 01.35. Отсутствовала 70 процентов дюз синего цвета,катриджи использовались оригиналы. Плоттер используется редко,но в каждые 3 дня распечатывалась «Тест дюз». И Возможно попадание воздуха в шлейф.Заранее благодарен!

Добрый день!После промывки и установки печатающей головки на плоттер Canon ipf610. После включения ПГ из парковки передвигается на 1/4 пути влево, остановливается и выдает «Аппаратная ошибка» 03130031-2F1F Выключите,и включите снова. При повторном включении тоже самое опять ПГ продвигается на 1/4 и.т.д,за 4 вкл. ПГ доходит до крайнее левое положение и стукается куда-то и там паркуется. Вошел в сервисный режим, при попытке распечатать принтер выдает «Аппаратная ошибка» 03130031-2F13! ставлю вторую ПГ тоже самое! До промыки 1ая ПГ выдавала «Аппаратная ошибка 03800500-2F2F» и можно было через onlain печатать. Дополнительно сообщаю плоттер 2009года выпуска.Version 01.35. Добрый день.
Подтолкните в нужную сторону.
Первоначально выпал в ошибку 03800500-2F30. Поставили новую голову результата не дало. На просторах интернета нашли информацию о head management sensor unit. Заменили Canon QM4-3246-000000 | QM4-2767-000000 | QM3-5956-000000 Original ДАТЧИК ПРОВЕРКИ сопел. При очистке головки когда идет проверка сопел выпадает в ошибку 03800500-2F30. Из сервисного режима проверку дюз печатает.

Прошивка 1.41
В сервисе пробовали отключать HEAD DOT INF (включение/выключение обнаружения неисправностей сопел) результата ноль.

сервис мануал читать бесполезно, там нет нужной инфы. По факту, замкнуло бошку, сгорела плата. Проверить легко, берем мультиметр, звоним предохранители на плате, если один из них дохлый, а он там дохлый, то плату и бошку в утиль, можно считать что и весь аппарат, новый дешевле будет. В следующий раз будут думать как совместимку лить.
