Итак…
Вернулась ко мне моя коробка с Волгограда. Установил, собрал и выехал. По коробке буду писать чуть позже, пока обкатываю и тд…
Вопрос такой у меня: после сборки горит ESP, ругается датчик положения руля, Но на развал ездил. В руль вообще не лазил, единственное что приходит в голову, так это то, что я мог прокрутить руль пока рейка была снята, то есть руль крутился свободно.
Куда копать?
1) разобрать руль и проверить датчик?
2) отсоединить опять рейку и провернуть руль на 360 влево вправо? И опять же, если проворачивать, не порвутся ли провода или шлейф?
3) нет вариантов (((
Сброс калибровки делал через Forscan — не помогло.
ПАмАгитИ…
Проблему решил следующим образом — отсоединил рулевой вал от рейки, провернул руль в лево на 360 градусов. Сбросил ошибку.
Вот и всё. Проехал уже 100 км, полёт нормальный.

Для этого нужно просто откалибровать датчик положения руля. Собственно код об этом ясно говорит — «отсутствует калибровка». |

Должно быть меню калибровки. Если его нет, значит эта функция залочена Фордом. Поможет или IDS или AUTOCOM. |

2016-2019 F-150 – Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) C0051 With Or Without Illuminated Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Lamp And/Or Traction Control Lamp
Some 2016-2019 F-150 vehicles may exhibit DTC C0051 in the ABS module. This DTC compares steering angle between the power steering control module (PSCM) and ABS and may set due to towing, driving in heavy winds, loose suspension or steering gear components, alignment, or harness or connector concerns with the ABS or PSCM circuits.
The ABS pinpoint tests AE, LA, or LB may direct a replacement of the PSCM after disconnecting/reconnecting PSCM connectors.
Do not replace the PSCM using ABS Pinpoint tests AE, LA, LB.
Refer to the Workshop Manual (WSM) Section, 211-02 to locate the correct PSCM pinpoint tests for the PSCM DTCs that are retrieved during the PSCM self-test.
The ABS pinpoint tests are in the process of being updated.
