проблемы с воздухоочистителем Boneco H680

Здравствуйте. Есть проблема с этим воздухоочистителем.
Через несколько часов после включения очиститель останавливается с ошибкой Е3. При остановке есть характерный звук ротора/мотора.

В инструкции же написано неисправность двигателя. Слышно как он задевает. Открой да вытряси что мешает ему крутится
