Compatibility Issues on Certain Devices (Android)
Q. My phone won’t install or run the game properly.
A. We have found that devices that are manufactured for use in certain countries will not have [Google Play Store] natively installed on the device (ex. Xiaomi, Huawei, etc.). In this case, using third-party sources to manually install [Black Desert Mobile] may cause the game to not install or run properly. Играл хорошо ,с утра пытаюсь зайти пишет ошибка 401 и приходит уведомление всегда разное по версии и размеру файла

Soft Launch Black Desert Mobile запланирован на 24.10 в 09:00 (UTC +1) в определенных регионах. Но поиграть можно будет и с других регионов.
Для того чтобы поучаствовать в Soft Launch Black Desert Mobile нужно скачать клиент игры. Для этого можно использовать QooApp или скачать с Google Disk
Если у вас на телефоне не установлен QooApp его можно скачать по ссылке
После скачивания и установки Black Desert Mobile, заходим в игру, нам предлагают выбрать регион, выбирайте тот что ближе к вам, в нашем случае мы выбрали Европу. Далее соглащаемся с политикой и начинаем загрузку клиента. Существующие проблемы: Ошибка 401 — если появляется Ошибка 401 значит у вас недостаточно места на диске, игре необоходимо около 4,2ГБ
После этого без ВПН не пускает в игру, скачиваем любой ВПН, мы ввели в поиске и накнулись на самый первый бесплатный ВПН — VPNIFY
После установки ВПН, выбираем страну Швеция и входим в игру.
Если все сделано правильно, игра запускается без проблем, Вводите название фамилии, выбирайте сервер (на данный момент он единственный Balenos) и наслаждайтесь игрой

How to solve the White loading screen in Black Desert Mobile
Players face a white loading screen when the game data files are not installed properly. To solve this go to Settings > Applications > Google Play Games then clear the data as well as Cache. Also, if your Google account’s extension is @googlemail.com, please change it to @gmail.com. This will surely solve the problem of the white loading screen.
Other Error Codes
- 101 / 104 – Bad internet connection. Try with a stable connection.
- 102 – File is corrupted while being downloaded. Just redownload.
- 201 – Data Error. Closing the game and reopening will fix it.
