B1412 96 ошибка ягуар

Приветствую!

Напомню, машину купил с пробегам 100 т.к. она 2018 года Ingenium 2.0D в Рольф Вешки, после покупки сразу заменил полный комплект цепей ГРМ + полное ТО с заменой топливного фильтра(!), так же заменил задние сайлентблоки на передних нижних рычагах + сход-развал.

Начало.
Ехал я значит в пробке уже наверно как час, машина вела себя обычно ничего не предвещало беды и вдруг после короткой остановки (двигатель не глушил) заметил на приборной панели сразу 2 ошибки:

Связался сервисом и записался на ремонт, через несколько дней. В этот же день залил пол литра осушителя для диз двигателя, через пару дней еще один другово производителя. На следующий день решил демонтировать топливный фильтр(напомню оригинал был заменен не более 1000 км назад). Слил остатки дизеля, правда не обратил внимание есть ли вода в дизеле. После опустошения фильтра установил все обратно, ошибка не ушла. Демонтаж элементарный, кстати в случае чего знайте, датчик воды в фильтре съемный.

Кстати все это время машина разгонялась чуть быстрее оки, по ощущениям секунд 30…

По приезду на сервис почитали логи и выявили где то 5-6 ошибок, к сожалению сфотографировать ошибки не удалось, но помню, что ошибки были в т.ч. по помпе, соленоиду открывания форсунок на охлаждение поршней, системе охлаждения(вентиляторам) и датчику топливного фильтра возможно что-то еще.
Сбросить ошибки PATHFINDER-ом в блоке двигателя не удалось.
В ходе диагностики, просмотров эл. схемы автомобиля, а так же прозвонкой проводов подходящих к датчику воды в топливе, выявили, что за все механизмы по которым ошибки в ЭБУ двигателя отвечает один предохранитель, он под капотом красный на 10 ампер под НОМЕРОМ 11! в инструкции заявляется, что он защищает цепи «Система управления двигателем.».

После замены предохранителя ушли все ошибки кроме двух:

Наличие воды в топливе И подачей масла для охлаждения поршня

Так же удалось снять ошибку ограничения мощности, однако ошибка по воде в топливе не ушла и каждый раз отображалась при заводке двигателя.

Предположили, что проблема связана с бракованным датчиком воды в фильтре, в наличии нового топливного фильтра не оказалось, уехал из сервиса, по ошибке «соленоида открывания форсунок на охлаждения поршней» договорились исследовать после замены топливного фильтра.

Через пару дней мне пришел новый топливный фильтр и как раз после его получения покрутив его в руках, выяснил, что датчик воды в нем съемный… в итоге еще раз демонтировал свой фильтр слил все в прозрачную тару следов воды обнаружено не было… установил датчик воды с нового фильтра, все подключил, ошибка с топливом не ушла, записался на сервис…

Если не ошибаюсь в тот же день снова ограничение мощности с самого утра, решил проверить предохранитель, он был сгоревший, поменял его по согласованию с мастером в ожидании дня записи на сервис, ошибка по «ограничению мощности» ушла.
Тогда было начало недели, а запись на конец, надо как то ездить, так и меняя предохранитель поездил несколько дней, в итоге поменял штук 7-8 наверно.
Последний к сожалению, стал раковым. До этого все предохранители покупал в Руси Чешскиой фирмы «Tesla», но в последний раз они закончились и пришлось купить китайские.

И вот следующее утро, через пару дней уже запись на сервис т.к. у диагноста все расписано… Завожу двигатель, снова ошибка, думаю ладно поменяю еще раз, меняю на китайский, выезжаю из парковки и вижу! Что из-под капота идет сизый дым! Сказать что я в был шоке — ничего не сказать! Снимаю крышку двигателя и вижу, что дым идет примерно из области где стоит «соленоид открывания форсунок на охлаждение поршней» он прямо под термостатом, проверяю предохранитель, а он не сгорел! Везу машину на сервис. Чертов китайский предохранитель! думаю сжег из-за него всю проводку!

На сервисе оказалось, что для замены «соленоида открывания форсунок на охлаждение поршней» нужно снимать бампер, разбирать радиаторы…

В итоге с горем по полам мастеру удается демонтировать соленоид охлаждения поршней сняв только защиту двигателя и мы видим, что корпус соленоида оплавился, так же приказал долго жить разъем на него и просто приплавился, пришлось отрезать его при демонтаже…

Чудом нашел новый соленоид, с датой производства 24.06.2022 — обошелся он мне в 12 т.р., снят с нового двигателя, шел в комплекте с ним, видимо ОД менял кому то двигатель…

Далее нам нужен разъем, обыскал весь инет, либо заказ либо подбирать, кстати оказывается он подходит от проводки Tesla) но снова заказ и с Белорусии, не наш вариант.
В итоге когда все варианты в сети закончились, решил поехать на южный порт. Лет 7 там не был и о чудо мне пришел на помощь VAG) Новый разъем подошел на 100% к разъему моего соленоида.

Везу на сервис, в предвкушении, что ошибку удастся устранить малой кровью. Однако, на сервисе меня ждали плохие новости. После демонтажа соленоида были заметны следы антифриза, прямо над соленоидом открывания подачи масла! Решили сделать опресовку контура охлаждения двигателя и заметили капли прямо на месте стыка корпуса термостата и двигателя. Ставим пока новый соленоид и фишку от VAG, ушла ошибка по соленоиду, но ошибка по воде осталась! Ждем дальше диагноста…

Касательно течи, предположили, что проблема в прокладке термостата. Снова поиски… запчасти нет нигде, везде на заказ и от 3 т.р. Было понятно, что течь надо устранять иначе никак… после часового поиска и звонков, снова чудо, удалось найти в наличии и в Москве!

Прокладка термостата LR105592

Несколько дней машина простояла на сервисе в ожидании диагноста и прокладки термостата. Наступил день «Х», было решено совместить работу диагноста и механика по замене прокладки.

Что вы думаете? Диагност прозвонил все цепи — все оказалось в порядке, за исключением одного пина! Пина в разъеме датчика воды в топливе! У него обломало один усик и при диагностике он прозванивался тестером, но при этом не зажимал должным образом ответную часть на датчике!

После его замены, ушли все ошибки по электрике кроме двух, кстати может подскажете, насколько страшна вторая ошибка B1412-96? Сталкивались ли вы с ней?

Радость от того, что решили проблему с электрикой была не долгой, осталась механика.

Началась разборка передка авто… Стараюсь быть оптимистом и решил совместить разборку передка с установкой сетки в передний бампер и мойкой радиаторов, так или иначе собирался сделать летом.

Добравшись до термостата и сняв корпус обнаружилось:

Окантовка прокладки развалилась и именно по этому не держала прокладку! Сломанная часть отвалилась после снятия, она не в двигателе если что.
Помимо это в месте крепления пружины внутри корпуса были повреждения, т.е. он начал разваливаться и внутри тоже! Качество LR на высшем уровне!

Снова поиски теперь уже корпуса термостата. Паника. В наличии нет, в инет магазинах на заказ 30 дней и цена 25+. Ищу на авито, есть один новый термостат в питере за 50 т.р! Ищем по разборкам — нет в наличии, хоть я и против бу запчастей, тем более таких значимых. Ищу в яндексе разборки, обзвонил несколько — снова нет в наличии.

Итого, севший телефон, разобранная морда машины… Думаю дай наберу ОД, рядом оказался АВТОДОМ на волгоградке — звоню им. Как вы думаете, может ли быть такое везение? Он в наличии, причем в комплекте с прокладкой за 17600! Поехал сразу же забрал и отвез вместе с сетками на бампер на сервис. Кстати повезло, что с одной разборки ответили на след день, он был в наличии, спасибо им за нерасторопность!)

Заменен пин в разъеме датчика топливного фильтра
Заменен соленоид открывания форсунок на охлаждение поршней LR073684
Заменен разъем на соленоид VAG 4F0973702
Заменен термостат с прокладкой LR105975
Прокладка термостата LR105592 — не понадобилась, если что пишите
Помыты радиаторы
Долили антифриз — менять не стал, проверили хар-ки нормальные
Дозаправили немного фрион 150 мг, при разборе было что-то около 380 при норме 525мг
Установлены сетки в передний бампер
Приговорили АКБ — 25% емкости, буду менять.

Вопросы без ответа.
Как был поврежден пин, в моменте диагностирования или при замене топливного фильтра — остается тайной.
Стал ли подтекающий антифриз на соленоид причиной его поломки или он просто от времени закис — так же остается загадкой, разобрали соленоид он вроде внутри литой — не должно.

Скажу честно, в этой беготне по поиску зап. частей, общению с бАрыгами, разборками… задумался о новом, пусть даже китайце.

Со временем, возможно, немного отредактирую текст, писал с ходу по памяти, чтоб ничего не забыть.

Я вымерял растояние от вжатой педали до предела и края проёма двери,по размеру отрезал брусок сосны,потом понажимав ногой педаль тормоза(прокачка жидкость) упёр один торец бруска в педали а другой в проём двери кузова и затянул штуцер слива жидкости на суппорте

Volvo 480 1988 года выпуска в -35 заводится за 4 оборота… Без всякого гемороя. Сел, зажигание включил, подождал 5 сек, завёл.

Сегодня померял тестером фишку на реле. У меня между двумя толстыми 12вольт т.е. если я замкну у меня КЗ получится. Остальные провода как ты рассказывал. Съездил в электрику. Вместо температурного датчика подключил переменный резистор выставил нужные значения(стрелка температуры на макс) вентили включились. т.е. система работает. А вот датчик может сопротивление выдавать рывками(с его слов бывают такие глюки). Завтра приедет новый датчик, проверим.
