NOTE: If other short circuit DTCs are indicated at the same time, there may be an open or short to body ground in the power (5 V) circuit.

Intermittent failure Check for loose wires or poor connections on the humidity/in-car temperature sensor circuit.?

NO

Go to step 10.

Reconnect the climate control unit 32P connector.

?2.

Connect terminals A and B with a jumper wire.

Terminal A

Humidity/in-car temperature sensor 4P connector No. 2

Terminal B

Humidity/in-car temperature sensor 4P connector No. 4

?3.

Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

?4.

Press and hold the AUTO and ON/OFF buttons.

Does the mode indicator turn on?

YES

Replace the humidity/in-car temperature sensor.?

NO

Replace the climate control unit.?

Connect terminals A and B with a jumper wire.

Terminal A

Humidity/in-car temperature sensor 4P connector No. 2

Terminal B

?3.

Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

?4.

Press and hold the AUTO and ON/OFF buttons.

Does the mode indicator turn on?

YES

Replace the humidity/in-car temperature sensor.?

NO

Replace the climate control unit.?

Owners of certain Honda Accords and Crosstours may comment that the smart start warning light comes on intermittently. DTC B12D1 (power control unit IG1B circuit error) may be set. The possible cause is a faulty under-dash sub relay box.

Affected vehicles include:

REPLACE THE UNDER-DASH SUB RELAY BOX

(Requires P/N 38330-T2A-A01)

  1. Remove the driver’s dash lower cover.
  2. Remove the driver’s dashboard undercover.
  3. Disconnect the under-dash sub relay box connections.
  4. Remove the under-dash sub relay box.
  5. Install the new sub relay box and reassemble.

  1. Сотрите код неисправности DTC с помощью HDS.

  1. Поверните ключ зажигания в положение LOCK (0), а затем в положение ON (II).

  1. Проверьте, появились ли на экране коды DTC.

  1. Поверните ключ зажигания в положение блокировки «LOCK» (0).


Электродвигатель управления режимами работает нормально?

  1. Отсоедините 7Р разъем электродвигателя управления режимами подачи воздуха.

  1. Отсоедините разъемы А (28P) и В (12Р) блока управления обогревателем.

  1. Проверьте наличие соединения между следующими клеммами разъема А (28Р), В (12Р) блока управления обогревателем и 7Р разъемом электродвигателя управления режимами.

Непрерывно ли соединение?

Проверьте наличие плохих или слабых контактов следующих клемм разъема А (28Р), В (12Р) блока управления обогревателем и 7Р разъема электродвигателя управления режимами. Если все соединения в порядке, замените блок управления обогревателем заведомо исправным и проведите повторную проверку. Если признак неисправности/сообщение о кодах неисправности отсутствуют, замените первоначально установленный
блок управления обогревателем

Хорошее видео! Печально только что вы вроде умный человек, но трактуете неразборность ступицы как заговор производителей, в то время как 90% наверно водителей ремонтируют такие поломки на СТО и по цене и качеству работы с неразборной ступицей результат будет лучше при той же конечной цене. Неразборная ступица лучше. Сколько вариантов накосячить с прессуемым подшипником? А сколько здесь? Ступица эта стоит 4 тысячи в сборе, 600-800 рублей замена если ничего не закисло. С разборным 1600 подшипник хороший и запрессовка с распрессовкой 1000-1500. А если подшипник прямо в кулаке вообще беда. При том прессование ещё и дольше и результат менее предсказуемый. Так в чем смысл если вы сам не механик?

Такая же фигня только машинка душиться на холодную если погазовать, давление бензонасоса в норме форсунки, свечи тоже проверил. Осталось только на дроссельную заслонку думать она здесь электронная, спецы говорят возможно в ней причина, ошибок по мозгам нет. Помогите советом!

Гайку штока на штатных амортах не могу открутить. Не могу удержать одновременно шестиграник на 7 и крутить саму гайку. Резьба не ржавая вообще, машина стоит на колесах. Боюсь приложить большое усилие чтобы попробовать сорвать гайку головкой с длинным воротком. Что посоветуешь?
