Main “Play as Dino” mod on Steam is broken, it crashes my game whenever I try to spawn as an animal. Are there any other mods that can let you play as a non-human?

Description:
This is the beta of Play As Dino V2, this is a reworked version of the original Play As Dino mod. Most of the changes are under the hood, so the mods look and play very simular. However this mod comes with many improvements including:
–Admin menu: allows admins to disable dinos on the fly and change the breeding stats
–Playing and Breeding as almost all dinos (vanilla and modded) and easier to select
–Sleeping: gives increased stamina and health regen
–Building custom structures: you can built your own food storage or den as a dino
The V2 version will launch with less dinos than the orignal to focus more on the quality of the features, the dinos will slowly be added until it matches the orignial version. When the version is bug free it will replace the original version on the main mod page. When posting feedback please tell me if you are playing on singleplayer or multiplayer, which dino you are playing as and when it issue occurs.

These are the dinos that are specifically made for this mod and they come with special abilities and balancing. The mod also allows you to play an breed as all vanilla and modded dinos, but these may contains bugs and balancing issues.

Does anyone play on mobile because I do. But doesn’t it get boring sometimes when your mates play it on Xbox and PlayStations and say they had so much fun play ark as a Dino.
Well I say Ark please add Play as Dino onto mobile.

I also agree. This should be a thing! Lots of people like the Play As A Dino feature, and I think that it should be added into the next big update!!

The only problem is that mobile devices to not have the power to include that in an update. They would have to make a separate app for it.

That’s true. They would also need the funding, though. But I’d say they have it from all the expansions people buy… Dunno.

Actually this is not true that devices can’t take these updates ark normally updates for a while on my iPhone and iPad but it can still running these updates and people that complain that ark is a crap game and is super glitchy are morons because either they should get a better phone computer etc… or a better WiFi source
ps I took computer engineering a iPad 4 gen can handle have of the stuff a normal office computer can while an iPad Pro can handle a cheaper game computer

I feel that play as Dino should be available for mobile as well. It would be fine if it had to be another app. Ark can get boring at times, and I watch YT videos of people playing as a Dino on ark, and it looks awesome! I mean, I know other people would appreciate it if WarDrumStudios could make it possible to play as a Dino on ark mobile. So please look into this, and maybe make it happen.

You all clearly have no clue how development for this game works. You want a brand new regular ark feature in mobile right away? You have just gotten a huge update for mobile! Just go play the pc game then. Mobile is a different game for a variety of reasons. Stop trying to make it exactly the same as PC.
You’re bored and want a challenge? Try playing brutal and speed running the dungeons. There’s plenty of content I’m sure you haven’t even brushed on Mobile, unless you just cheated from the beginning.

Вот такая ситуация. Играю на соло. Долго. Прошёл некоторых боссов. Решил переправить из синего обелиска в красный обелиск дино. Открыл вкладку существа, выбрал дино, нажал выгрузить. Он исчез. Открыл вкладку инвентарь, положил туда седло (чтобы тоже переправить) Нажал кнопку «выгрузить» , подтвердил выгрузку и …я исчез. Исчез полностью из игры. Больше в ней нет персонажа с моим ником. Предлогают создать нового. Создал, пришёл дом стоит, животные стоят, но не мои теперешнии а прощлого меня. И соответственно цветок (растение Х) меня растрелял. Старого перса нет. В папке RagnarokSavedArksLocal есть куча сохранений

Что на что нужно поменять, чтобы начать с предыдущего сохранения? Я уже раз попадал в подобную ситуацию, но не смог разобраться и начал с начала. Но теперь я так не готов. В стиме я сталкивался с решением. Но увы английским не владею и программирование тоже. Не понял. chipmunk197
I recently found a how to restore for pc when your buildings disappear, sorry I cant remember the persons name. what you need to do and what I,ve just done is to on pc go to the drive steam is on click STEAM > STEAM APPS>COMMON>COMMON>SHOOTERGAME>SAVED>THE NAME OF MAP YOU ARE ON IE (RAGNAROCKSAVEDARKSLOCAL) DELETE THE FILE NAMED IN THIS CASE RAGNAROCK..ARK LOCATE A FILE CALLED RAGNAROCK_ANTICORRUPTIONBACKUP.BAK COPY AND RENAME IT AS RAGNAROCK,ARK AND PASTE IT BACK INTO THE RAGNAROCK FOLDER you may lose abit of game time but your buildings will be there. REMEMBER YOUR SAVES MAY NOT BE IN THE RAGNAROCK FOLDER ALL NAMES WILL BE WHATEVER THE NAME OF THE MAP YOU ARE PLAYING ON IE THE CENTER, SCORCHED EARTH ETC. it works i sorted mine out a few minutes ago.

Акк шарился? В других играх логин пароль те же? В других играх шарился? Лог/пароль игры/почты простые?
Единственно логичное для меня объяснение — взлом. Действия со стороны издателя сопровождались бы уведомлением.

upd могу предложить написать в службу поддержки с пометкой взлом.

Сначала по происшествию. Насколько я понял, ошибка самого игрока. Выгрузил дино правильно. А вот с седлом ошибочка вышла. Та нажатая кнопка, которая как бы была для подтверждения выгрузки седла, на самом деле о выгрузке в облако самого персонажа. А седло осталось в инвентаре терминала обелиска. На будущее, предметы-ресурсы-прочее выгружаются из 1-ой вкладки (2-я это для существ, а 3-я последняя это инвентарь самого терминала, в котором можно что-то хранить общедоступно для игрового мира или как раз призывать боссов и подобное). Так вот, седло осталось в 3-ей вкладке в инвентаре терминала, а персонаж оказался выгруженным в облако. Проще всего сейчас убить нынешнего персонажа и на экране перепоявления выбрать создание нового персонажа, а там кнопку про загрузку существующего. И там должен будет быть старый персонаж. Конечно, если включена настройка на загрузку персонажа.
По поводу файлов. «Ragnarok.ark» — файл с состоянием игрового мира — карта, постройки, существа и прочее. В нынешнем состоянии. С датой в названии — это время от времени создаваемые дополнительные копии сохранения мира на какой-то момент. А файл «Ragnarok_AntiCorruptionBackup.bak» является таким запасным вариантом на случай выхода из строя основного файла сохранения. По инструкции chipmunk197, можно убрать оригинальное сохранение «Ragnarok.ark» (переместить из папки/удалить), а файл «Ragnarok_AntiCorruptionBackup.bak» переименовать в основное сохранение «Ragnarok.ark». Это вернёт игровой мир на некоторое время назад (такими откатами «любят» разрабы на офф серверах заниматься, мдя). Если это не поможет (необходимо вернуть состояние игрового мира на более раннее), то проделывать аналогичные процедуры с файлами сохранений с датами в названии.
Вот что я знаю по данной ситуации, надеюсь не наврал и поможет.
