    Проблему решил спонтано , вообщем где то читал , что нужно Xbox , вспомнил что на Win10 можно скачивать тоже Xbox игры , скачал под своим профилем и запустил и сразу же удалил . Зашел через смарт бац , все пашет.

Locate and select my account , which may be located in the upper right corner under your gamertag or in the navigation pane under Avatar .

Under Security, select my profile ReEliminar all Xbox 360 consoles .

In VISITED CONSOLES , select Request download the profile.

Return to the Xbox 360 console and download your profile.

Select Security , Family and forums.
