There is something wrong with my Visual Studio account and couldn’t be solved for many days.
It shows as below:
We are sorry, but our system has detected a problem with your account.
If you are still getting this error message after 24 hours, please contact support with the date and time you started having this problem and with your subscription information. Message code: 715-123150.

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies? Then try to sign out and sign back in.
Beside, please try signing in with a new account and check if the same error occurs.
If it persists, It may be a temporary lock on your account. Please directly contact the

I have tried sign in with otherone’s account in my computer, it is OK.
So it is something wrong with my account.You just let me contact the subscription support team. But I could not find how to contact them.
There is a doc names as «Get assistance from your subscriptions administrator».- Sign in to the subscriber portal at https://my.visualstudio.com
- Click on the Subscriptions tab.
- ….
Because there is error in my account, it is the same error when I click on the «Subscriptions» tab.
At the end of the link
Subscription Support team , it showsDidn’t find what you need? Contact us.
So how to contact them???

It is just the same with link Subscription Support team. I could not find the cantact page.
Are you sure it is visible in China?
This error with my vs account is already over one month.
Is there any other way to solve my problem???????
My vs account has been locked and I could not use my vs account.
I think it could not been a difficult problem for you to solve it.
Please solve it ASAP. Thanks!!!!

Hi
I have a problem when signing in Visual studio Dev essentials. Once clicking on «Join or access now» following message is shown:
Something went wrong!
We are sorry, but our system has detected a problem with your account. If you are still getting this error message after 24 hours, please contact support with the date and
time you started having this problem . Message code: 715-123150.I have done many things to deal with it such as deleting cash and cookies, creating new account and signing with the new account, but still facing the error.
I don’t know what else I should do. If anybody has any suggestion?

I keep getting the error page with error 715-123150. I have been able to access it once and since haven’t been able to return. I have tried all browsers and IT even reset the account and still the same issue. I have cleared the cache and cookies before
and after each attempt on all browsers.-

They are limiting downloads and not telling people. If you download too many items in a row it flags your account as suspicious. So they are blocking people and using an erroneous error and you have to wait for the system to reset its self.
Its nice that you paid for the privilege of being blocked for downloading to many items at once.
