Sir. Your printer Problem is with Cartridges Plastic gears and Motor.(59.C0)
Sulution : Open the Top and left cover of your printer In the left side of the printer there is all the plastic gears take off all of them Clean all of them greas them and also in the batom of the lesft side there’s a motor Clean that one as well greas it up , when you cleaned all of them grease them and put them back to their places , turn on your printer and check it Iam sure your printer will start working properlly .

59.C0 printer error message on Hp color Laserjet 5550
I have a HP color Laserjet 5550 printer and it is been attached to the desktop machine which is been installed with Windows Vista. The problem is that one day a paper was stuck in my printer and so I performed the action that needs to be taken by using the procedure by HP support. But as I restart the printer by power recycling I get an error message as 59.C0 error. I do not know what could have made this to cause. Please do help. Thank you.

You need to reset the ETB of the printer. This will then let you to get to a better and good conclusion. Do check for the issue and then make the certain possible ailments to be fulfilled as required. You may then be able to perform the act as required and sort the issue. I hope this will surely let the things to be worked. So check out and make it function as required.

You may need to replace the engine. Do check out for the thing and then work accordingly as required or necessary. It will surely let you to get to a particular solution and make the essential stuff to be worked. So it would be better that you perform the act as required and then let to get to a better solution. I would suggest you to take the device to the service center and then make the necessary ailment to be fulfilled and sort the thing as required. You should take the device to the Hp support and then check out for the service. They will check out the device and then make the aspect to be sorted well for you. So work accordingly.

The problem can be solved well by resolving the issue with the ETB of the same. All you need to do is to check out by resetting the ETB. DO perform the act and then look out for the same. The issue will then be solved well and the device will be able to perform as required. So check for the same and make the certain implementation.

Perform a clean installation of the system and then get to work with the function well. I hope this will then surely let you to get the aspects to be sorted well. The operating system nay not be supporting the device well and hence you are getting the error message. So perform the act as needed and required. You will then be able to perform the same. The product has experienced a problem with one of the motors.
- HP Color LaserJet CP1510 — Control Panel and Status Alert Messages
59.X Error:
- Turn off then on
- The product has experienced a problem with one of the motors.
- Turn the product power off, wait at least 30 seconds, and then turn the product power on and wait for it to initialize.
If you are using a surge protector, remove it. Plug the product directly into the wall socket. Turn the product power on.
If you completed all the preceding steps and your product still has an issue, service the product.
Contacting HP for service in all countries/regions except Asia Pacific.
First, go to Check your product warranty to check your printer warranty status, and then go to Contact HP Support to find an authorized service dealer or to schedule a repair.

HP CLJ 5550 Error 59:C0
I Have a printer HP CLJ 5550 and is giving an error of 59:C0 I removed the left cover where the Disengaging drive assembly is and i noticed that when its going down it should stop with the photo sensor, but it is trying to continuing going down, could it be the sensor? did anyone had this problem please.

59.C0 C indicates Cyan and 0 indicates drum drive motor First thing to do is to replace the Cyan Toner Cartridge, then motor, then DC Controller

on the manual it says C stands for motor disengaging error and 0 stand for No color black

Yea Toner is OEM , what i noticed as said before when starting the disengaging drive assembly has a sensor in the bottom for the arm to stop, but its not stopping and tries to continue going down than it gives the error after

try to clean the machine first before changing any part,use electronic blower if u have it,remove the four big gears on your left and clean all the sensors

Здравствуйте! Попался аппарат, с ошибкой 59.С0. После двух перезапусков ошибка пропала. Аппарат работал отлично. Утром включил- опять эта ошибка. Пропала, после первой перезагрузки. Нашёл описание этой ошибки: Developer motor rotation error. Впечатление, что двигателю не хватает мощности. Пробовал притормаживать двигатели, во время инициализации. два других, остановить, практически невозможно. Этот же (RM2-7344 00) можно затормозить, прилагая небольшие усилия. При этом аппарат, сразу выдаёт вышеописанную ошибку. 24 вольта, в норме. Подскажите, если у кого была такая неисправность. Сразу двигатель заказывать или дело не в нём? В интернете, про эту ошибку, кроме описания её, ничего нет.

У меня была ваша ошибка 59.C0.
В ролике, про ошибку F0. Там задействован другой двигатель. Он ошибку не выдаёт. У меня ошибка C0 (двигатель картриджей).

Почистил контакты микрика, смазал токопроводящей смазкой. Всё прекрасно работало. Сегодня утром, аппарат снова выдал ошибку. Порыв интернет, нашёл такой форум:

В нём утверждают, что кроме чистки микрика, нужно перепрошить контроллер платы управления. Перепрошил. Пока работает стабильно. Потестирую его пару дней, потом отпишусь.

Главная » Одна из причин и способ устранения ошибки 59С0 на Hp 1312 mfp
Чаще всего данная ошибка возникает после разборки и последующей сборки драйва мфу HP 1312MFP. Ошибки чаще всего возникающие при сборке ; 1)Не совмещены метки на шестернях редуктора с прорезями самого редуктора. (красные стрелочки)
2 ) Зажат один из приводов [мешалкиk (обведено зеленым)
Неправильно работает датчик на открытие и закрытие картриджей (в частности черного)
Так же проверьте правильность соединения редуктора и ленты переноса изображения.
Принтер или МФУ HP CLJ Pro M377 / M452 / M477 и другие модели выдают ошибку 59.F0 или 59.C0 выкл. и вкл. Устройство. Давайте разберемся в проблеме. Данная ошибка возникает после определенного пробега устройства. Ошибки в датчиках или по другому в концевиках. Ошибка 59.F0 означает что неисправна лента переноса, но если лента не прошла свой ресурс заявленным производителем, то какой смысл ее менять, да и к тому же это не дешевое удовольствие.
Что делать с ошибкой 59.C0 и 59.F0
Разберем в чем неисправность ошибки, в ленте переноса изображения есть микрик, в котором со временем окисляется контакт и мозги устройства сигнализируют ошибку, не дающую дальнейшей работы на оборудовании.
Что можно сделать в данной ситуации, самое простое заменить ленту, второе очистка микрика от окислов. Чтобы до него добраться сначала надо разобрать принтер и извлечь ленту переноса. Далее становится труднее, так как повредив перенос изображения, вы автоматически попадаете на замену ее. Сам датчик не разбирается легко, концевик можно извлечь с помощью иголок не повредив его крепление. Контакты нужно очистить и привезти в порядок. Мультиметр должен показывать сопротивление не больше одного ома. Чтоб сэкономить время и деньги вы всегда можете обратиться к нам по ремонту принтеров.
Замена ленты переноса или профилактика аппарата
При разборке узла переноса нужно быть очень внимательным, так как повредив узел уже нельзя будет добиться идеальной печати документов. По работе мастер извлекает ленту переноса, разбирает ее полностью, проводит профилактику, затем добирается до виновника ошибки. Так как к нам очень много заходит аппаратов с этими ошибками, у нас есть инструмент который легко извлекает ножку микрика из датчика.
Провести ремонт в нашем сервисе довольно просто, создав заявку или обратившись по другим контактам. Занимает по времени от одного до двух дней в зависимости от загруженности инженеров. Насколько долго это прослужит, прослужит до конца ресурса ленты переноса.
«Ошибка 59.F0» – аппаратная неисправность лазерных принтеров HP (отдельных моделей), которая связана с неполадками узла переноса.
Внимание! Если ваш аппарат находится на гарантии, тогда мы категорически не рекомендуем устранять данную поломку своими руками даже при наличии опыта обслуживания оргтехники. Обратитесь в ближайший сервисный центр за профессиональной помощью.
На примере материала Youtube-пользователя «Чиним чётко» мы рассмотрим пошаговую инструкцию, в которой ошибка 59.F0 была исправлена с помощью зачистки окислившихся контактов микрика на узле переноса такой модели принтера, как HP LaserJet M377dw.
Пусть это и довольно распространенная неисправность, но проблема может быть вызвана также заклинившими редукторами, неполадками с приводом, сломанным механизмом переключателя цветного переноса и прочее.
Руководство не носит универсальный характер, а показывает одну из причин возникновения ошибки 59.F0 и определенный способ ее устранения.

- Отвертки: плоская и фигурная.
- Монтажный пинцет.
- Канцелярский нож.
- Токопроводящая смазка.
- Тестер для измерения сопротивления.
Ошибка 59.F0 сопровождается соответствующей надписью на дисплее принтера HP M377dw. Причин у поломки может быть много, некоторые из них мы уже упомянули выше.
Шаг №1. Если аппарат ни на что не реагирует, приступайте к разборке корпуса принтера, чтобы вынуть узел переноса для диагностики.
Начните монтаж двух параллельно расположенных шурупов, которые фиксируют правую крышку корпуса, если смотреть на устройство с лицевой стороны.
Затем аккуратно снимите крышку, вынув ее из защелок.
Шаг №2. Подденьте два фиксатора узла переноса со стороны блока питания с помощью монтажного пинцета.
Достаньте эти фиксаторы из корпуса принтера.
Шаг №3. Снимите крышку контактов и разъедините провода ленты переноса.
Шаг №4. Открутите два винта как показано на скриншоте.
Шаг №5. Достаньте узел переноса, предварительно не забудьте вынуть лазерные картриджи.
Шаг №6. Снимите узел очистки.
Шаг №7. Открутите металлическую пластину, чтобы снять ленту.
Шаг №8. Снимите ленту переноса, аккуратно соберите натяжители, а также все вспомогательные детали привода.
Проверьте целостность ленты. На ней должны отсутствовать механические повреждения.
Шаг №9. Соберите узел переноса без установки ленты, чтобы провести диагностику детали.
Верните натяжитель, поставьте на место ось привода переключения, боковую пластину и шестерню. Все механизмы должны вращаться без сопротивления и постороннего скрипа.
Черный перенос должен быть зафиксирован, а цветные – подключаться по мере необходимости.
Шаг №10. Проверьте работоспособность микрика:
- переведите цветной перенос на верхнее значение прокручиванием привода и фиксацией соленоида;
- проверьте сопротивление с помощью тестера на выходах выключателя;
- если будет установлено сопротивление (40-50 Ом), значит, контакты микрика окислены и скорее всего аппарат выдает ошибку 59.F0 именно по этой причине.
Шаг №11. Зачистите контакты микрика и обработайте их токопроводящей смазкой, а затем установите деталь обратно. Будьте аккуратны, переключатель очень маленький. Проблема состоит в том, чтобы вынуть рычажок с контактами, не повредив всю конструкцию.
Шаг №12. Защелкните рычажок в корпус и проверьте сопротивление тестером. Идеальное значение – 0 Ом. Вставьте деталь на место.
Шаг №13. Соберите узел переноса и корпус принтера в обратном порядке.
ВНИМАНИЕ! Переключатели блоков отведения проявки картриджей требуется установить так, чтобы полоски на движимых и недвижимых деталях совпадали.
Не предусмотрели данный момент? Аппарат начнет печатать пустыми листами!
Шаг №14. Включите принтер HP LaserJet M377dw. Если причина ошибки 59.F0 была установлена верно, тогда печатающее устройство возобновит рабочий процесс.
В нашем случае инициализация прошла успешно. Проблема устранена!
