Procedure
WARNING: Ensure that the electricity to the machine is switched off while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Refer to GP 10. Disconnect the power cord. Electricity can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Perform the steps that follow:
1. Switch off, then switch on the machine, GP 10.
2. Ensure that all connectors on the drive PWB, PL 1.10 Item 4 and the ESS PWB, PL 3.10 Item 6 are securely connected. Ensure all surface mounted modules on both PWBs are securely connected.
3. Reload the software, GP 4.
4. Check the wiring between the ESS PWB, PL 3.10 Item 6 and the hard disk.
5. Initialise the hard disk. Refer to dC355 Hard Disk Diagnostics.
6. Initialize the Sys — System NVM, refer to dC301.
7. Install a new ESS PWB, PL 3.10 Item 6.

— with network cabl off, power on the copier while you are holding ( 6 , STOP and POWER SAVE ) keys until your copier is readyTry to make a copy from any tray
Connect network card back and try to send next print job ( not the same job as before )

I tried following your instructions but doesn’t work, the same happens and now I have another number of error message: 116-331

you should try to do hdd initialization.special boot procedure
1. power off machine.
2. hold down 4, stop and power save button
3. power on the machine while holding those buttons.
4. release the button after the machine is ready.hope this helps

Или дайте кто нибудь сервисный мануал на xerox WC 5222/25/30 на почту.

kostya666, Проверил жесткий — он пустой полностью — проверял через Acronis .
После смены настроек на DHCP сервере и смены IP адреса на назначение принтеру -(Поставил другой ИП на аппарате) Он включился вместе с сеткой ! Значит что то не то шло с какого то компа который был завязан на него !
Найду причину отпишусь .

Чем они отличаются ? Просто хочу перепрошить аппарат на всякий случай

SisDan, не мучай исправный аппарат, он скорее всего завязан на принтсервер, потому без него и выскакивает ошибка. Перенастроить как нужно клиенту, взять за это денег и никуда не лазить, пока не убил в нём что-нибудь, прошивальщик хренов.

Генчик, С техникой давно общаюсь , и именно этот аппарат уже не первый раз выкобенивается … 2 остальных работают без проблем . Да и аппарат разобран денег взять не получится я зарплату за ремонт техники получаю
принт сервер у него встроенный .
Да и сам аппарат авторизуется в актив директории в доменной сети .

Генчик, Да аппараты стоят у нас на в конторе и я их обслуживаю . Просто не понятно почему глючит 1 аппарат . Все аппараты проработали 4,5 года последний год глючит только 1 , чистку и ТО делал , В скором времени запланирована замена печки .
Я уже писал по другой ошибки но там проблема была в шлейфе автоподатчика — заменил на который я сам своял из стах принтеров и проблема исчезла .

kostya666, Раздачей IP занимается СЕРВАК у нас DHCP — динамические IP Адреса .
С сеткой всё нормально .

SisDan, вот об этом я тебе и говорю, что проблема не в самом аппарате, а в настройках доменного принт-сервера. Если ты поменяешь местами этот аппарат с таким-же из двух других, естественно поменяв соответствущие настройки, то 99% начнёт глючить другой, а этот будет преспокойно работать в другом месте.

А вообще гнать его метлой из сисадминов за динамический IP для сетевых принтеров. Большей глупости придумать невозможно.

Генчик, начнём по порядку , 1. DHCP сервак по мак адресу назначает IP Адрес принтеру По зарезервированным адресам для принтеров .
2. Пользователь отсылает на печать на IP Адрес принтера — Напрямую минуя сервак .
3. Если нужно от сканировать это делается с самого Аппарата по настроенному шаблону — И только по шаблону принтер авторизуется в актив директории и отсылает обратно .

SisDan, это правильно. Ещё правильнее делать так и для всех сетевых девайсов, включая компы.

SisDan, куйня полная! Никакого контроля и возможности админу вмешаться в процесс печати. Если какой-нибудь дебил захочет завалить аппарат заданиями на печать, у него есть все возможности для этого.

SisDan, куйня полная! Какой-то дебил юзверь гонит на печать немерянное количество куйни, а из-за отсутствия принтсервера и очереди печать на нём, происходит переполнение буфера аппарата. Сконфигурировать правильно принт-сервер в домене и забыть об этой ошибке.

Генчик, Аппарат стоит прямо в кабинете в отделе у пользователей ! Пусть заваливает спрос с пользователя будет . Расходные материалы ограничены на каждый отдел ) Переборщили или сломали — сидят без принтера .

Генчик, Сервак перенастроил пока ни кто не отсылает на печать он в сети работает … Пойду перенастрою пользователей и посмотрю на каком именно он встанет в ошибку . По результатам отпишусь .

Прикольно, у меня знакомые админы на такую технику ставят фиксированные адреса, а не динамические.
В драйвере прописывают принтер/МФУ и работают.
А то питание выключишь, включишь и ищи своё устройство…

Владимир Анатольевич, а там и получается фиксированный адрес, поскольку в AD (домене) прописывается фиксированный IP для определённого MAC. Ты бы не лез обсуждать то, в чём ни хрена не понимаешь.

Генчик, Посмотрел ЛОГ принтера с утра и Логе весели ошибки — 026-714 proxy — Склонирова с рабочего аппарата настройки на него и подправил шаблоны под их отдел — пол дня отработали больше ошибок не было

Генчик, Спасибо за подсказку по настройке — буду читать по настройке принт сервиса на 2008 серваке и попробую поднять сначала на виртуальной машине а потом на нашем сераваке попробую !
