I have several 2008 R2 physical servers, all are up-to-date with patches. Some are Hyper-V hosts, others are just stand alone app servers. Each time I reboot them, or shut them down and back up I provide a reason. However, when i log back on I am asked to provide a reason for the unexpected shutdown (I get the event ID 1076 in the event logs). I do not see this behavior on my 2008 R2 vms. Any idea why this is occurring?

Hi There,
I see that there is a unexpected shutdown happening and unfortunately «Bugcheck String: » is empty which is difficult to predict if the error is caused from one of the driver / hardware.
One way to to identify the problem is to configure the system to get a complete memory dump when the problem occurs.
Process

When the system restarts , the corresponding snapshot of the memory during that phase would be dumped accordingly and after the restart you could analyze the dump to understand the root cause of the problem.Follow the below link and configure Complete memory dump and not the other 2

Собственно, конфликт драйвера вингейта с оборудованием и вызывает подобную проблему. Попробуйте загрузиться в безопасном режиме и удалить файл qbikhkxp.sys из каталога %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\. Есть ли еще какой-нибудь файрволл на сервере? Какая версия серверной ОС используется?

Перерасчет больничного СЭДО
Добрый день! В связи с предоставлением справки 182-н требуется отправить перерасчет больничного. Создаем новый больничный по кнопке «исправить».Отправляем ответ на тот же запрос. Выходит ошибка.ERR_PR_1076: Проактивный процесс 54644701 был закрыт ранее. Для инициации проактивного процесса требуется направить 109 сообщение СЭДО (Информация о жизненных событиях).Как отправить перерасчет? С помощью реестра прямых выплат больничный не доходит до ФСС.

Operating System is WIndows 2003 R2 Enterprise x64bit edition and its configured with NOD32 Antivirus and Microsoft Virtual Server for testing. The server gets restarted automatcially.
When i checked the even log i found as
Source: USER32 , Event ID: 1076, Type Warning.
The reason supplied by user SERVER\Administrator for the last unexpected shutdown of this computer is: Other Failure: System Unresponsive
