Re: Docucolor 250 showing error code 091-320
There is no NVM to reset. 091-320= charge scorotron wire is broken. Replace the charge scorotron on the black drum cartridge or replace the black drum cartridge (comes with a new charge scorotron)

Hi Exok! I have replaced the scorotron and after that also replaced the drum unit, but the error does not go away.

Another thing I forgot to say. This thing had happened earlier also but the fault went away on its own.

Problems on AC Power Supply 24 v line.
Bad — cold solder joints. Also 24 volts is the power for developer HVPS’s and Charge HVPS so check they also for cold solder.

Re: Docucolor 250 showing error code 091-320
Remove the drum / dv unit tray and inspect the contacts on the back inside frame that make contact with the black drum unit. You probably have a damaged / missing spring contact or the housing around the spring might be broken.

Yes. That section was the problematic one. Actually the contact point in the scorotron had somehow receded inside. Had to pull it out with pliers. Voila! No error now! Thanks for your support guys!!! (y)
