iPF750 — Проблема с головкой, перестал включаться

Здравствуйте!
Имеется плоттер iPF750. Куплен в начале декабря.
Печатали все это время без каких-либо проблем.
Две недели назад неожиданно перестал включаться.
Разобрал, проверил БП. Там сдохла одна FA5518 в преобразователе на +21.5В.
Включил от другого блока питания. Плоттер включился, но при попытке печати выдал известное сообщение о том, что головка грязная, почистите.
После прочистки тоже самое. В процессе прочистки выдал ошибку 03800500-2F44 (в сервис мануале не нашел, для других моделей это неисправность головки, думаю здесь тоже самое)
Распечатал тест сопел .
Сделал прочистку головки (B) 2 раза. Снова сделал тест.
По этому тесту видно, что желтый и синий стали получше. На фиолетовом и черном сетка стала меньше.
Это все было вечером. Плоттер постоял до утра. С утра снова сделал тест сопел. Получилось вот что
Сетка на малиновом и черном цветах снова стала более редкой.
Новую головку уже заказал, как приедет посмотрю что будет. Также заказал в местном интернет-магазине также промывочную жидкость. Как приедет новая головка, попробую старую промыть посмотреть.
Но непонятно, что могло произойти с этой головкой. Нет ли каких мыслей на этот счет?
Картриджи были оригинальные. Отпечатали немного — по статусу LIFE TTL 85.7m2.

Картриджи используете оригинал ?
Смотрите, если поставите новую ПГ, то старую не ставьте, т.к. потом новую не примет.(и старую тоже).

Да, картриджи были оригинальные — комплект из поставки плоттера и новый комплект еще. Срок годности на них стоял 2014 год.
Насчет головы спасибо. Попробую сначала старую промыть, потом буду с новой пробовать.
Такое поведение с печатающими головками — это прям вредительство какое-то со стороны производителя.

У меня сейчас у самого замочена голова, 2-ой день мою. По синему цвету засрана реально. Напечатала 20 метров квадратных за время кажется до 70 дней.
Осталось маленько. или придётся новую покупать…

Промыл голову OCP-NR — промывал подавая шприцем во «входы» для чернил промывочную жидкость.
Получилось странное.
Сразу после установки в сервисном режиме запустил печать nozzle 1. отпечаталось идеально, только очень бледно — чернилы в голове еще смешаны с промывочной жидкостью.
Включил-выключил плоттер. Он сделал «заполнение из баков». Я распечатал тест сопел и там опять на синем и желтом непропечатка, аналогичная той, что была до промывки, только значительно меньше (на черном не появилось).
Не понятно теперь — это плохо я промыл или это чернила какие-то плохие у меня (хотя и оригинальные)?
Новая головка на столе лежит, но ставить с учетом возможности плохих чернил стремно как-то.

Весьма странно, на водянке головы обычно несколько лет живут. Печатали же на оригиналах, там год на голову гарантия есть. Пигментные головы те да, разрушаются быстро
Epson: 7900, 2100, L800, R220, T50, R2000 Canon: 4840, 4940, 7240, 5340, 6240, ipf510 HP: 8100, 6510, 510 и т.д. и.т.п всё работает на dctec.

Я разобрался в чем дело было:
проблемы все начались после того как в плоттере сдох контроллер ШИМ в блоке питания. Это редкая микросхема и пока я ждал замену я подключил вместо штатного блока питания внешний(Там в плоттере два блока питания на одной плате и в одном из них сдох ШИМ). Я посмотрел по сервис мануалу (нашел в Интернет), что блок питания выдает два напряжения +26 и +21.5, когда плоттер в ждущем режиме там согласно мануалу должно быть +12 и +9В. Сдох тот, который на меньшее напряжение.
Я и подключил вместо второго блока на +21.5 внешний источник питания (регулируемый универсальный адаптер для ноутбуков).
Вчера я получил ШИМ, заемнил, заодно понадобилось заменить оптопару в обратной связи. И когда включил блок питания, то оказалось, что на работает не так, как написано в сервис-мануале: в ждущем режиме напряжения +9В нет, а в рабочем там не +26 и +21.5, а два по +32В.
Я сначала не поверил. подумал может ШИМ или оптопара не совсем подходят. Перерисовал схемы обратной связи с платы, посмотрел номиналы, и да, там действительно должно быть два +32В.
Таким образом, существует несколько аппаратных ревизий этого плоттера и в интернете есть сервис мануал от какой-то старой.
Собрал плоттер, запустил тестовую печать и все отпечаталось идеально. Похоже головке не хватало мощности (из-за более низкого напряжения) для прогрева чернил и поэтому печаталось плохо.
На заметку: мой плоттер был с прошивкой 1.26.

покупайте новую ПГ.На к Х.. мне брать приблуду которая стоит треть плотера и нет гарантии,что она отпечатает 2 м2. у моего 605 вылетело четверть дюз на одном из пегментов,а печатать фиг вам,покупайте новую ПГ.Как доунгреднутся до прошивки 1.01?

Кстати многое зависит от чернил. Имеются ввиду неоригинальные.
На 750 стоит 2 бака MBK. В одном баке были чернила старые, китай, при проверке из под сервиса качество нормальное, во втором баке заказывал в америке, так там качество- половина дюз непропечатывает, после промывки тоже.
Вылил, промыл бак и залил ещё китай, недавно получил, продавец Mr Print, он один на алиэкспресе. После 2-х разовой промывки ПГ качество теста очень порадовало, не из под сервиса 100%, и ушла команда на замену ПГ.
В идеале думаю чернила OCP немецкие, но ненашёл.

Для кенон возьми для принтеров последнего уровня по цветам или пигменту. Подойдут. Они для термоструйных ПГ.

оспи офицально под широкоформатники не подписываются,а то гарантию надо давать,а её нет.
а подходящие чернилы у них есть.я пользовал ,печатали нормально тока ПГ умерла от чего то.

У меня голова отходила 4 года, пришлось менять. Под конец постоянно стала выпадать ошибка 03800500-2F43 и другие.
Картридж обслуживания забился полностью, сменили целый комплект картриджей, ушли на очистку. Но так как голова шла из Москвы больше недели пришлось танцевать с бубном и аппарат ожил на время после смены прошивки: стояла 1.06, поставил 1.34. После этого отпечатал целый проект и окончательно накрылся.
Картриджы не заправляем, используем только оригинальные, потому что есть плохой опыт менять голову сразу после такой заправки, а так как картриджы стоят сравнительно немного в сравнении с головой за 19тр, не вижу особого смысла, если только краска будет с гарантией…

При печати изображения не хватает пурпурного цвета (картинка зеленоватая)

Всем здравствуйте!
Такой вопрос, имеется в организации Canon imagePROGRAF iPF750, отпечатал 43039 страниц — насколько я понял он считает в страницах формата А4 — я прав? Картриджи используются оригиналы, в меню, где содержится информация о головке стоит 244 дня (я так понимаю — это момент установки текущей головки?). Так вот это чудо вчера выдало сообщение

я сделал очистку головки через меню web-интерфейса, ошибка ушла и плоттер начал печатать.
Так вот вопрос кто уже с такими агрегатами работал: Какой ресурс у данной ПГ, я нигде не смог найти информацию ни в меню, ни в мануале, ни в интернете, как спрогнозировать сколько эта ПГ может пройти? И второй вопрос в меню принтера (Диспетчер устройств — Управление устройством) имеется «Очистка головки А» и «Очистка головки B» так разве в этом принтере 2 головки? И что означает чуть ниже меню сброс (пробовать не стал :))
Просто пока принтер печатает, но стоит вопрос заказывать ли новую ПГ или это еще походит? Не дешевая все таки.
Заранее спасибо за ответ.

canon ipf 680 03800500-2f47 error
Canons not usually my thing, but asked to look at it anyway. Originally had ‘printhead error’ after installing new printhead, no error code. Didn’t know what else to think, so had customer get another one in case it was bad out of the box. He put in another one & came up with 03800500-2f47. I cleaned out the head management sensor & around it the best I could & reseated connection. Did nozzle check in service mode & it got a 03800500-2f30 error. Manual didn’t enlighten me too much about it. Power cycled it again in regular mode, & it went to ‘printhead error again with no error code.
First, I’m thinking of replacing the head mgmt. sensor. Is there anything else I should worry about checking ? Second is, since it said ph error again, did it get spoiled & now it needs another one ? Or hopefully it’s only because of what ever error they have already ? I hope I don’t need another one.
Thanks to all who have expert insight to this potential problem.

The cartridges are original.
Also, have looked for spindle error history in the manual under service mode. Haven’t spotted it yet. Could it be called something else ?

I am able to print in Service mode. Firmware on my IPF785 is up to date at Version 1.5 Cleaned the print head, any other suggestions?? Thanks for your help in advance.

chip.
(In either A line or B line, a complete
non-ejection of 1280 nozzles)
・Error code assuming broken flexible cable
or contact failure (heat enable line).
When the result of non-ejection detection is
as follows:
Complete non-ejection (640 nozzles) of
EVEN line or ODD line.
・Error code assuming broken flexible cable
or contact failure (data line).
When the result of non-ejection detection is
as follows:
More than half of 640 nozzles in EVEN line
or ODD line have non-ejection (more than
320 nozzles).
・Error code assuming a head failure such as
broken heater board of head.
The shutter HP sensor did not respond at
startup and at switching of platen shutter at
printing.
The optical axis of the head management
sensor unit has been intercepted for some
reasons.
The amount of LED luminescence and the
level of detection signal of diode light
receiving sensitivity has gone beyond the
predefined range. (determines the level of

Работоспособность печатающей головки плоттеров серии iPF500, iPF600, iPF700 и других определяется плотером с помощью оптопары, установленной в специальной камере Фото 1, 2, 3, через которую при тестировании поочерёдно подаются чернила из матрицы каждого цвета.
На Фото 1 и 2 стрелочками указано расположение камеры с оптопарой.
Если печатающая головка исправна, то при начальной самодиагностике чернила перекрывают световой поток оптопары, фототранзистор “закрывается”. Контроллер плоттера получает разрешающий сигнал для завершения тестирования остальных узлов. В противном случае на дисплее появляется сообщение: “Прочистите печатающую головку. Если вы ещё видите это сообщение, то замените её. ”
Но не всегда причиной этому сообщению бывает неисправность печатающей головки. Очень часто такая ситуация возникает из-за неисправности одного из элементов оптопары, чаще всего фототранзистор. Принтер «думает» что нет сигнала из-за того, что чернила не проходят через дюзы печатающей головки, но на самом деле неисправен фототранзистор, который необходимо заменить ( Фото 4 ).
Установить истину можно следующим образом: войти в сервисный режим (в этом режиме отключается тестирование с помощью оптопары), задать опцию проверки дюз, сделать распечатку. Если дюзы всех цветов печатают — печатающая головка абсолютно исправна, а сообщение о необходимости замены ПГ возникает по вине неисправной оптопары!
После замены фототранзистора плоттер будет работать в прежнем режиме без ошибок.
